CloudFlare Bug

1 post in this topic

Just a heads up,

We use Cloudflare for caching to provide a quicker response for the website (along with HTTPS and DNS management).
Yesterday, it was released that there WAS a cloudflare bug that leaked sensitive information via caching (eg: Google Cache, etc).
However, our website wasn't affected by this bug (Cloudflare would've notified me otherwise).

I do recommend, however, changing your passwords on any website that you may use because over half of the web uses Cloudflare as their CDN.

You can read more about what happened here:  https://bugs.chromium.org/p/project-zero/issues/detail?id=1139

On a side note: Whatever Google is paying Travis Ormandy isn't enough. This mother fucker has released two high profile disclosures recently.
